Altec inspect’s every consignment, our fuel cells are added to our nails in the UK, each and every box is inspected and batch and consignment numbers are kept for future reference and for quality purposes.

 

Cordless nailers are like any other mechanical powered machine it is so important to have them serviced on a regular basis this increases the life of the machine and also helps maintain the performance. We know that in 9 out of 10 cases it is the machine that fails to perform not the nails or the fuel cells.

 

It is also important to remember to remove the nails and fuel cells after use, when sending the machine to a service centre for repair or servicing the nails and gas should again be removed for health & safety reasons.

Our nails are tested in house as well as on site and are deemed safe to use under the correct working procedures.

 

Altec Construction Solutions state that all Loadfix nails & fuel cells are designed and tested to be safely used in most of the range of gas tools currently available today.

 

Altec will state that where tool warranties are void due to an alleged fault caused by the use of the loadfix range of nails or fuel cells. Altec will meet the Warranty requirements of that particular tool if the fault can be proved to be down to the above products after inspection of the tool and that the proper use of the machine can be proved.

 

It cannot be stressed enough that every care has been taken to make sure our products perform to the guidelines and to the best of their ability, for that reason as stated above every box Is checked in the UK and the gas is added in the UK after batch testing for complete peace of mind.
